The LED light that we use routinely is silica gel.The silica gel is high in transparency and it is not easy to oxidize. If the customer specifies the use of PU glue and epoxy glue we can also do it according to the customer's requirements.

this module power is 0.8watt/pcsúČ so if you use 400w power supply, can support 500pcs, but need consider the voltage drop, every 60pcs module need connect power supply again

Yes, a few tips. Use a quality, regulated power supply that will provide adequate current. If you're daily-chaining multiple reels, you may need to supplement in-line power to compensate for current loss. Whatever you do, do not exceed 5 volts or you risk frying the strip. Finally controller users note: don't draw power directly from your processor as you might fry it!

The ring operates at 5 volts. Each ring contains 8LEDs which, when operating at full brightness, consume 0.3 watts each. Thus, one ring consumes 2.4 watts, or 0.48 Amps.

if input 12V, every 3leds as unit, every unit is 0.06am, So the power is 0.06*12v*20=14.4watt

It's not as simple as plugging it into a wall socket, and you can't use just any off-the-shelf RGB controller. Many people write their own software to drive the LED pixels using a micro controller like Arduino, Teensy or Raspberry Pi with the FastSPI library. If you prefer to not write your own code, a quality controller you might look into is our CL-RF133;CL-RF144. Also there are some China-made device that is programmable via an SD card reader, hot model is T-1000S.

Every LED on the strip has a corresponding IC that allows it to be controlled independently of the other LEDs. This is what "digitally addressable" means. The WS2811 chipset delivers 24-bit performance which allows over 16 million possible colors and shades, more than discernible by the human eye, and uses a single line for both clock and data signals. Please note this is the WS2811 chipset and not the WS2801 or LPD8806, as are offered elsewhere.

The effect of the 96leds is more clear, there is no dark spot, but the pixel point is more, the control cost is higher. Mainly used for projects with high pixel rendering, such as: gambling machines, game consoles, etc.

Brightness of the LEDs depends on the quality of strip you purchase, not the size of the LED. 5050 LED Strips would be a little brighter than 3528 LED Strips, but only because the actual diode giving off light is bigger on the 5050 LED.
